*** Private rooms ,Hall,on the roof top floor for family or friends. You are able to see the night life of Chiangmai City ,Nature atmosphere ,Mountain view etc.

NOTICE:

Room size: 5.5 x 5.5 square meter for the roof top floor. And 4 x 4 square meter for the second and the third floor.
There is no elevator, only stairs.
There is all teak wood furniture in each room such as the DOUBLE BED,dressing table,sitting set(2 arm chairs,1 round table),wardrobe.
In each room there is an A/C and Fan,wi fi internet, private balcony,private refrigerator,private bathroom(hot-cold shower),crockery,cutlery.
Private kettle, toaster, microwave.
In each room we provided the bed sheet,pillow,cover pillow,blanket(also extra blanket for the winter),towel.
WE WON'T PROVIDE THE TOILET PAPER,SOAP-SHAMPOO,BREAKFAST. *****
We provided the washing machine downstairs.
For ITM student,please confirm us so that we'll offer you special price and discount.
There is THE MASSAGE PRACTICE ROOM,TABLE MASSAGE,Free for residence.
For the prevention of Coronavirus;Covid 19,we provided water sink ,soap gel,Alcohol.
The private room and the massage practice room will be cleaned once a week.

REFUND POLICY:
No refund after signed the contract.

THE POLICY:
No pets,NO candle-stick,No smoking,Not allowed to make party!,Before leaving ,please don't forget the return the room key.

AGREEMENT:
We accept only Thailand currency in CASH! (BAHT) We won't accept any credit card..To pay the deposit 3,000 B.(just in case only!)in advance! .The rest will be paid on arrival(check in). If there is nothing got damaged in the room,we will return all the deposit back to you on the end of your staying.),

THE PAYMENT:
We accept only CASH!.BAHT (Thailand currency).We will not take any credit card. To pay the deposit 3,000 THB in advance. The rest will be paid on arrival
